Lakeside Swimming Pool 

Enjoy a dip in the Lakeside Pool! The Lakeside Park Swimming Pool is located at 305 Buena Vista; is approximately 4,100 square feet and has a 1-meter diving board and water slide. Depths range from 3 feet to 11 feet in the main pool. The wading pool depth is 1 foot.

Private Pool Parties

The City of Marble Falls Parks and Recreation department is offering Private Parties on Saturday morning and evenings, and Sunday evenings. Private parties must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance, to ensure proper staffing is available.

Day Time Pool Parties 

Daytime pool parties are offered during general swim hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Only one party is allowed at a time. Your reservation includes the reservation of one shade structure and admission for 20 people.

Lifeguard Training 

Safety First Training LLC will arm you with the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a variety of scenarios in and around the water with the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training. You will learn how quick response times and effective preparation are vital to being a lifeguard while also understanding the crucial elements in helping to prevent drownings and injuries. A portion of the training will take place online before the two-day training at the Lakeside Pool. 

 Minimum age for a Lifeguard with the City of Marble Falls is 15 years old.


Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any special requirements or abilities needed to use the water slide, diving board, or any other section of the pool? 

Yes, the lifeguards will require that a child completes a swim test before being permitted to use the slide or dive board. Upon completion the child will receive a swim bracelet alerting lifeguards that passed the swim test and are permitted on the slide and dive board.

If we have a private party reservation at the pool and the weather is bad, do we received a refund? 

No, we do not issue refunds for weather; however, we do allow a one-time date change to another available date in the same season.  

Can I bring food or drinks into the pool? 

Outside food and drink is not permitted on in the pool or on the pool deck. The only exception to the rule is private pool parties. Glass is not permitted at the pool. 

Can I drop my child off at the pool and pick them up later? 

Yes, you can but children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years of age. 

If I am not swimming, do I have to pay to enter the pool? 

Yes, all people entering the pool area are counted towards the maximum capacity and have an impact on the staffing requirements and upkeep of the facility.
